Rachel Noble runs the Noble Apothecary, a holistic skincare brand based from her home apothecary here in Manchester. This is the final episode of Create Shift season 2, and what a wonderful interview to end it on. Rachel and I discuss her journey from beauty blogger to lover of skincare simplicity and creating the Noble Apothecary. But really this is a holistic conversation, about how what we choose to put on our bodies and a simple skincare routine is one piece of the whole of holistic living. I loved chatting to Rachel, she’s so generous with what she shares and is extremely honest and open. I hope that you’ll enjoy listening to this conversation as much as I enjoyed recording it.

Thank you so much for supporting Create Shift season 2, it really does mean so much to me to know that people are listening to – and finding benefit from – the show. If you’d like to further support the show you can do so by leaving a rating or review on Apple podcasts here. Having ratings and reviews helps to make the podcast more visible on the platform, and so helps others who might enjoy it to find it.
