In Create Shift S4,ep4 I chat with menstruality coach and educator Lisa de Jong. We talk about periods, yes, and Lisa offers great practical tips for women. But we also talk about one of my favourite topics of all, cyclical or non-linear living. We discuss masculine and feminine energies, and the need for more compassion for ourselves and others in the world. Lisa teaches me about some Celtic spirituality and symbolism, and she leaves me with an incredibly intriguing statement.
I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed recording!
