Welcome to Season 2 of Create Shift! In episode 1 I’m chatting to Kate Bee who runs The Sober School where she supports women to quit drinking, and create alcohol free lives they love. This isn’t an ‘alcohol is a terrible evil’ chat, but as two non-drinkers we have an interesting conversation around why and how we used to drink and reflect on that. If you do drink alcohol, I hope that this conversation – rather than making you feel judged – will support you in exploring, and questioning your own relationship with alcohol.

You can find Kate at thesoberschool.com  and @thesoberschool across social media.
