In Create Shift S2,ep5 I chat to Josephine Brooks, a planning and productivity mentor for side-hustlers on a mission to reframe how productivity is seen. I was interested to have Josephine on the show to chat about productivity and the term side-hustling. I’ve never really liked the phrase, and I was interested to hear how Josephine views hustling and slow, holistic living to be able to sit side by side. We have an open and honest discussion about our own struggles with the term, with running businesses on the side whilst trying to make time for ourselves and self-care practice too. What Josephine presents is, in my opinion, a more feminine way of working that I’m fully on board with. One that’s about doing less, getting more done and nurturing ourselves as we do it.
