In today’s solo episode of Create Shift I’m discussing the importance of routine, and how it’s especially important in challenging times such as the current World Pandemic we’re facing. I acknowledge the positives, and the issues with routines and share how I’ve gone about creating my new weekly routine and daily rhythms. I hope this short episode will support you in creating your own routines, or tweaking your existing ones.
Thanks for listening as ever,
