In today’s episode of Create Shift I speak with a real-life GP! Dr Thomas Micklewright is a GP, writer, speaker and specialist in digital health. Tom offers intelligent and considered insight on a number of topics including the relationship between Western and ‘alternative’ health, functional illnesses (such as IBS and Chronic Fatigue) and the Dr-Patient relationship and how it is changing. The final part of our conversation is all about eco-anxiety and Tom has some fascinating and worrying insights into this along with some excellent tips for how to move forwards and not remain stuck in anxiety. I really hope you enjoy listening!
